Return to Service

We are reopening services on May 3rd at the building. However, we ask that folks use precaution in interacting with each other and to maintain six feet social distancing at all times while there. It is also recommended that everyone bring a mask to use during times of interaction, such as before services and after. For those not comfortable coming due to compromised immune systems and the like, we will also live stream the service on Facebook as usual and will place the video here on the website afterward. We ask that everyone use wisdom and discretion in deciding whether to attend in person or to participate online.

Church Service Announcement

Due to the coronavirus outbreak in much of Texas and the country as a whole, we will not be having regular services this Sunday, the 22nd.  There will be some of us present at the church building during the time of regular service to hand out communion packs and to have a short communion service. However, if you have a compromised immune system, such as having any previous or current cancer treatment, diabetes, etc. or just through older age OR if you have traveled within the last two weeks to anywhere beyond the coastal bend PLEASE don't go inside the building.  Just pick up your communion pack, which will be located outside, and go home to keep yourself safe...and pray for our country and those who are fighting this illness. The Minister will be streaming a message via this website at 2:00pm on this Sunday the 22nd and will at that time give the opportunity for everyone take communion at the same.  Everyone will be given three communion packs, one for this Sunday and two for future services. Unless things change, there will be no services large or small at our church after this Sunday until at least April 12th.  Services will be streamed for those Sundays. If streaming is necessary for March 28th and April 5th, it will occur at our regular time at 10:00am.
